I recently found the little paperback by Dr. Greg Lanier of Reformed Theological Seminary – Orlando, titled Is Jesus Truly God. I’m beginning my read of it this week. I’m looking forward to the insights that Dr. Lanier will share. Kudos to Scott R. Swain for pointing out this resource in his twitter feed.
For many of us, it is a settled fact that Jesus is truly God. For some of the readers here, the answer is not quite so clear. I find books like this can helpfully sharpen my awareness of ways the Bible establishes and confirms this great truth. They can also help new Christians and those coming from other religions to see what the Bible claims concerning Jesus. I’ll share a few thoughts on the book when I complete it.
